1 to 1 Personal Training

1 to 1 personal training sessions let you work towards your specific goals with sessions designed purposely for you to make sure you get the training that you need. 

​

Sessions are 1 hour long at £25 per hour with reductions in price for anybody booking multiple sessions per week. This will include a tailored training programme that is specifically designed around you are your individual needs as well as the guidance and motivation throughout the entire session to ensure you get the most out of each and every component of your training session.

 

During sessions you will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions in regards to things such as lifestyle advice and dietary guidance which you can implement to help you work towards targets effectively on a personal level if you so choose.

Small Group Sessions

Small group sessions allow for a semi-personal training experience which you can share with family and/or friends. Sessions will be designed to target a general goal which is shared amongst the members of the group session.

Due to the increased demand on the trainer group sessions come at a small additional fee however this is per person this still works out at a reduced cost per person. All sessions are 1 hour long with prices as followed:

2 to 1 £15pp

3 to 1 £12pp

4 to 1 £10pp

​

3 to 1 and 4 to 1 sessions are restricted to off peak gym periods due to the increase in demand for equipment which may not be practical during peak times. Please enquire for more information if you wish to book a 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 session.

The GYM

Top Tier Training's in person training sessions take place at TRAIN gym which is a smaller studio style gym located in Rainhill opposite Rainhill high school. TRAIN is well equipped with high end equipment including: 

Treadmill

Air bikes

Concept 2 rowers

Lifting cages and Barbells

Dumbbell racks and Benches

Kettlebells

Resistance bands

Opening hours:

Monday - Friday     8:30am - 8:30pm

Saturday                  8:30am - 4:30pm
